You can't even clap if they are really really good? That seems not nice I guess not.
I'd imagine you can't boo if they're bad.
If I had to guess you're better off clapping than booing if you have to do one.
-------
Bobrob says you can clap after a wedding. Can you boo?
Also, when the leader asks if anyone objects can you actually object? Yeah, you can boo, but why would you be attending if you didn't want to see them get married? And obviously, you can object. Yeah, but is this typical? I mean if you were to object wouldn't that catch everyone off guard? No it's usually not typical. Now I want to try it :haha:
I need to attend some random wedding.
I wonder what the preacher would say? I mean if I went to a stranger's wedding and said something like "I saw the groom last night at a strip club and he took a stripper home" what would happen? After the bride-to-be slaps him, he'll deny everything and eventually have escorted out of there. What if you happened to be right and he said "it's true!"
Or what if before he denies it the bride-to-be says "you, too?" No marriage for him. So the preacher would just go " you guys, I'm out of here" and be gone? Pretty much. He'd ask if he should continue and if either (or both) say no, the wedding is over and everyone leaves. Got it!
------- What if instead of the stripper thing some woman stood up and said "he's my husband" and the groom said it's true. There'd be no need to ask there since the wedding wouldn't be valid anyways, right? Yeah, if the priest finds out that he''s already married chances are he won't continue the wedding. | |

I think the free funeral for my grandma cost $200. We got our money's worth - he read the whole new testament. !! Not that she died... It was too bad about her dying. I lost a job. I kind of cared a while after the funeral which surprised me. Seeing those baby pictures of me and then pictures of people I don't know can be tough emotionally for some reason.
------
Speaking of dead people, I have a picture of my grandma in her casket with sunglasses on. Is this normal? Not the least bit.
My family is fucked up though. For about 2 years (seriously) we had a picture of my great-grandmother in her casket on our fridge Uh... My sister's ex-boyfriend's friend was telling me how when his grandma died they had a family portrait with the whole family in front of the casket and got her in, too. | |

Speaking of funerals (this question probably only applies to SoulRat because gdennis isn't old).... Is the song "Stairway to Heaven" appropriate to play? I tried my hardest to get them to play that at my grandma's funeral but my family wouldn't do it Instead they played a bunch of crap. I didn't think I was asking for too much. I mean I could have asked for "She's Not There" or "Evil Woman" | |

That is not a fun conversation with the Principal, trust me That's the problem with kids. I mean you let them break rules they shouldn't break but they don't do it right. You tell them they can tell you to fuck off but they don't...instead they tell the teacher to fuck off. You tell them they can have all the porn they want, but they don't want it until they're at church. | |

Would he have to give the donation back? I wouldn't but I'd imagine he would feel obligated to. That's what I figured. They say those things are free but you always have to give them money.
For about 2 years (seriously) we had a picture of my great-grandmother in her casket on our fridge That IS really fucked up. Watch your fucking mouth young man!
- Spoiler:
Kidding! If I have kids that's exactly what I'd tell them when they swore though :haha: I'd let them swear which would come back to get me when they said "fuck you" to their kindergarten teacher
That is not a fun conversation with the Principal, trust me
That's the problem with kids. I mean you let them break rules they shouldn't break but they don't do it right. You tell them they can tell you to fuck off but they don't...instead they tell the teacher to fuck off.
You tell them they can have all the porn they want, but they don't want it until they're at church. Speaking of kids, I made a baby stop crying last weekend. People think I'm a moron but this baby girl was crying at this party and the parents were AWOL so I made it stop. The parents came back and they looked really pissed I was messing with their baby. | |

What if it's a Cherokee wedding in Oklahoma? Oklahoman law says they have to recognize all Cherokee weddings. There was a suit pending because some Cherokee priest married two women. You think of the funniest scenarios Thanks :haha: LoL its not always a good thing, but more often than not. | |

I tried my hardest to get them to play that at my grandma's funeral but my family wouldn't do it
Instead they played a bunch of crap. I didn't think I was asking for too much. I mean I could have asked for "She's Not There" or "Evil Woman" Seriously I don't know, I don't know the song that well other than it's by Led Zepplin, my husband just said and I quote: "Fuck yeah! That song is appropriate for any fucking thing." Soo... I guess?
