You can't even clap if they are really really good? That seems not nice No

I guess not.

I'd imagine you can't boo if they're bad.

If I had to guess you're better off clapping than booing if you have to do one.

-------

Bobrob says you can clap after a wedding. Can you boo?

Also, when the leader asks if anyone objects can you actually object?

Yeah, you can boo, but why would you be attending if you didn't want to see them get married? And obviously, you can object.

Yeah, but is this typical? I mean if you were to object wouldn't that catch everyone off guard?

No it's usually not typical.

Now I want to try it :haha:

I need to attend some random wedding.

I wonder what the preacher would say? I mean if I went to a stranger's wedding and said something like "I saw the groom last night at a strip club and he took a stripper home" what would happen?

After the bride-to-be slaps him, he'll deny everything and eventually have escorted out of there.

What if you happened to be right and he said "it's true!"

Or what if before he denies it the bride-to-be says "you, too?"

No marriage for him. No

So the preacher would just go "Censored you guys, I'm out of here" and be gone?

Pretty much. He'd ask if he should continue and if either (or both) say no, the wedding is over and everyone leaves.

Would he have to give the donation back?

I wouldn't but I'd imagine he would feel obligated to.

That's what I figured.

They say those things are free but you always have to give them money.

I think the free funeral for my grandma cost $200. We got our money's worth - he read the whole new testament.

What if instead of the stripper thing some woman stood up and said "he's my husband" and the groom said it's true. There'd be no need to ask there since the wedding wouldn't be valid anyways, right?
