That Sucks

Super hard today, Coach killed us. I was crying after running. My friend made me mad. Kenny and Andreas helped me after running. Weren't supposed to have practice tomorrow but now we do because people messed around too much.

Oh and I got 50 punishment push-ups for talking too much at the end of practice. Whatever.

And yah the rest of the stuff sucks.

I have 14 days to lose 12 pounds. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna have to go on a diet of salad w/o dressing and water. And that's all. We're running outside now, so I'll start wearing like 4 layers of clothes. Otherwise I'm never gonna make it.

Be Careful TG

So I'm sitting in BST and I'm really bored... So here's what we did yesterday.

Ran 2 miles, wasn't bad at all.
Took out the boats and did a bunch of boad drills.
Put the boats in the water and learned commands.
Took the boats out and did more drills.

Today we are actually gonna row, because it won't be as windy. I'm excited.

Eat lots of veggies, things like green beans are good for you and low in calories. Watch your bread and sweets. Drink plenty of water.

So tomorrow we are taking the riggers off and wrapping the boats and everything like that getting ready for spring break. Practice is going to be from 3:30 - 7. Shouldn't be hard unless they make us run.

Monday at 6:30 am we head out for Marrieta.! We are going to be there until friday (we'll be on the water about 8 hours a day, it'll be pretty intense. Then we are doing a lot of running). Friday we head to Columbus for our first regatta! I'm really nervous but excited. We'll be getting home on either Saturday night or Sunday.

Diet pills!

Me and one of my friends had to take those for wrestling a couple years ago. It wasnt fun.

My friend is on diet pills. She is like starving herself too.

I'm not taking pills, I just starve.

Little kids shouldn't take diet pills.

Your right, 6 year olds shouldn't. But when you are in high school and have to make weight for a sport it's a totally different story.

Diet pills aren't safe - that's why they aren't FDA-approved. If you have to make weight there are safe ways to do it. Taking drugs is not safe.


There's a reason so many of these diet pill companies often have class action lawsuits against them.

When you have to lose ten pounds in less than a week.... they are necessary. But I'm not going to. Whatever

I got home from camp around 11:30 last night. I am sooo tired and I have HORRIBLE sunburn.

Camp was really really really hard. We were out on the water 8 hours every day.

Our regatta was yesterday. All our boats lost because all the other teams are half way through their seasons. But the 8 I was in DIDN'T get last place... we got second to last.

I have A LOT of pictures. It was pretty fun despite the pain and everything.

Alright yesterday we only had morning practice.

TODAY we had practice at 4:30 am in wyandotte until 7. Came straight to school. And right after school I have practice again in wyandotte. I'm not sure what time it is until yet though, I just know it starts at 3:30.

So I have the flu.... So I didn't go to practice or school today. We have a regatta saturday (just like every other saturday)... I hope I can actually practice before then.
