I got Tigers tickets! To 10 games!

I bought a disk camera for my parents in 1984. Thought it was this great leap in technology...how long did it last, a couple of years?

Ours was in the mid-90s. 3.5'' floppys lasted a long time. My laptop doesn't have a floppy drive. It's the first computer I've ever owned without one. Up until 3 years ago all my computers had them.

The Gateway I got in 2000 had both a floppy and a CD drive. oooo did I think I had the latest!

I don't even have a camera. I used to have a Polaroid camera [ might still be in my attic somewhere] but nothing modern. I used to buy those disposable Kodak cameras [ to take pictures of my dogs and such and a few pics of Comerica and Tiger Stadium]

But right now! I have nothing;


I hate technology; I don't understand much about digital cameras; Heck I hate when people ask me to take a picture at Comerica. I am always like What? Me? How does this work?

disposable cameras ain't so bad! DH gets into his digital stuff but I still find myself buying the disposables at WalMart!

It seems like nowadays you buy something and by the time you drive home it's obsolete
Like that commercial they used to have where the guy is driving home with his brand new computer and as he's at a stop light these guys are posting up a new version of the same computer on the billboard :haha:

I got Giants tickets. There were no good tickets for any of the games - even mid-week games against garbage teams were crappy. The Giants must have tons of season ticket holders. Anyways, here's my seats:

MONDAY: Section 314, row 5
Tuesday: Section 318, row 5
WEDNESDAY: Section 128, row 41



I was planning to spend twice as much money so this sucked. I should have got better seats elsewhere.

They had Barry Bonds for so long; I guess a lot of people renewed.

I'm sooo sad! I didn't get tickets, and the uncle who used to take me to games might be moving.... Down South :'( That means I will go to NO games. and that would be really sad.
