I went to the local temp agency but they were honest with me - they probably wouldn't find a job for me. What's extra funny is the lady working there had never heard of where I went to school (UCLA). She wanted me to stress on my application that I had a HS diploma, not a B.A. Where do they hire these people who work at temp agencies? The girl working there was about 18 and didn't know anything about anything.

And they probably wouldn't get you a job even if you didn't go to college

well, the important thing is you gotta find something pretty quickly. Then decide what you really want to do, but still have $$ coming in, even if it's not very much. work at Comerica? shine Ilitch's shoes? cmon there's gotta be SOMETHING that you at least can tolerate!

But they made a mistake in my enlistment for the job I signed up for[ something weather related]

I decided not to sign up again for a similar job

I always wondered what my life would have been like if I had joined the Air Force when I was 18



Instead I got a wonderful education that took my to I was nearly 30 to get a Bachelors Degree [ I also went later for some grad credits]



And I owe money which needs to be repaid; starting next year

I also want to clarify something


I mentioned a few months back that I broke up with my girlfriend

Truth was is that it was more just casual dating


Fact is that I haven't had a steady girlfriend in five years


And I have been a Tigers Full Season Ticket Holder since then

But now that I am unemployed and not only won't be able to buy any playoff tickets if the Tigers make the playoffs; but am in jeopardy of not getting them in 2010 or having to work some BS Job [ unlike my old job where I worked my own schedule I set] where I won't even see the bulk of the games has made angry and dwelling on the lack of romance in my life
