They are predicting rain and storms and I am going with their forecasts!


I don't believe WDIV's Forecast! The Rain will not end early Monday!

It won't be come steady until late Sunday Night and will continue on Monday!

According to Accuweather; We will get 1-2 inches of rain Late Sunday, Monday and Monday Night.
61 degrees on Monday but it will be on a south wind that will pump the moisture from the Gulf like a pipeline.


Thunderstorms are possible too!

It does not look good right now!

We are Still getting Rain and T Storms on Monday but the heaviest rain and severe weather will be through Indiana; Illinois and Missouri

Don't get too excited! According to Weather.com's hourly forecast for Detroit;


We have a 70 percent chance of rain and Thunder from 10am through 6pm, on Monday;


It will be windy with winds 15-25 miles out of the south and temps hitting 60 by late afternoon.

Hmmm... Well maybe.... idk maybe the weather will be wrong and it won't rain.

Wdiv.com and Fox 2. com are prdicting scattered showers Monday Afternoon [ with the heavy rain early and later Monday Night.]

But I think that is too conservative of a forecast!

I remember for 2 weeks the weather said it was going to rain on fourth of july one year, so my family canceled our fourth of july party, and then it was bright and sunny all day

I hope so; but it looks like it will be a powerful storm;

Tornadoes, Severe T' Storms and heavy rain are possible in the Ohio Valley and Missouri and rain as far north as Ontario and Buffalo with heavy snow in the Upper Pennsula of Michigan possible.


Gonna be a lot of wind too as it cranks across the country.

15-25 mile an hour winds are likely Monday Afternoon at Comerica

Maybe it will miss us or just Rain Late Sunday Night and AM Monday and just be cloudy and maybe some drizzle during the game.

That would be nice.... I really, really hope the game gets to be played....

I be shocked if they were to cancel it Early Monday.


More Likely; Fans will have to endure at least a 3-4 hour rain delay before the game is called.

Problem is that I will have to spend additional money[ Parking, Food, Drink, Gasoline] and take a day off of work Tuesday if that happens

I wish they Would cancel it in the morning if it was going to be canceled. that way I could go to school, and miss whatever day it is actually played on....

If we got 10 inches of Snow Sunday Night, they would cancel it, but not rain.


Remember the Yankees game last Year that was delayed over 4 hours because of rain.


I was at Comerica until 3;30 at night

I remember that! I remember being up that entire time. And I was trying sooo hard to stay awake.

I went to a party the next day and almost fell asleep.


But yah. I guess you're right they won't call it ahead of time...

Most teams don't!


If the Tigers cancel it at 9 am, they ain't gonna make any money.


If the cancel it at 4pm [ after a long delay] fans have spent money on food, pop, beer and ponchos,etc,


Then they can make up the game on Tuesday and make additional parking and concession money

I wonder if Ilitch is secretly hoping for that scenario?
