| I won't be updating that for a while thanks to the $940.30 I had to spend yesterday. I could buy a lot of video games for $900. $940.30 would put me $59.70 away from paying for my baseball trips this year. I'm budgeting up to a grand. | |

| That above list is by no means complete. There's a few Simpsons games I don't have and I didn't include very many games for systems I don't own. There's Wii games I want and lots more Atari 7800, Sega CD, and Sega 32X games I want. | |

| A lot of those older games can be played in a short time period. I mean there's Atari games that you can play a game in 2 or 3 minutes. The problem with games nowadays is if you have 5 minutes before you have to go somewhere you can't play today's games.
Also, I won't ever sell my games so I have my whole life to play them.

| Wow! I just found the coolest thing ever....MAME (Multi Arcade Machine Emulator).
Basically, you download MAME, and then download ROM files. You can play pretty much any game that has ever been on an arcade from the comfort of your own home...for free!
If you're familiar with woodworking and soldering you can build an arcade cabinet with joysticks and stuff and have your own arcade machine. Some day I'd like to try that.

| Anybody else notice that MLB 08: The Show is coming out in about a week? If you haven't checked out the demo, you really should, it's amazing. I've got 07 but it seems like a whole new game, I'm really impressed with all the new features they added like you can play defense in 'Road to the Show' now. Also there are better online features to find opponents. The game really shines online. 2K8 is toast this year. | |

That'll be the one I buy. 2K7 was awful while MLB 07: The Show was pretty good.

I want to play Wii! I'm saving up my points on swatcash to get one for free. The problem is I keep wasting the points on other stuff. I've earned well over the required 250 but keep spending them. I only have 2 right now.
I FINALLY saved up enough points for a free Wii and bought it yesterday. It'll probably take a while to come in though since they're hard to find.

| There was a time when I'd be embarrassed to admit this, but not now...
After talking to enough people on atariage.com I finally decided to do it - I went to Goodwill. They didn't have a great selection, but I did get something. For just TWO DOLLARS (no tax either) I was able to pick up Disney's Aladdin for the Sega Genesis COMPLETE IN BOX WITH INSTRUCTIONS. They had 2 other Sega games (Echo the Dolphin w/o instructions and something else w/o instructions) and 2 NES games (some wrestling and basketball game both loose) but I didn't get them because they were either missing instructions (Genesis games should be complete in box) or super dirty/beat up looking.
Still, I'm going to hit Goodwill whenever I get the chance. Aladdin isn't exactly a must-have game but from the reviews I just read and from my very vague memory of it (I think I played it as a child) it's a decent game and the price sure was right.
I also picked up the movie Cobb on DVD starring Tommy Lee Jones for $3-something. I've been meaning to purchase that on eBay for quite some time now but it's $10+ used and $15+ new.
