Why to never live in Trashy Park

It never snows, Trash and leaves blow all over the place all winter because the city won't clean the park [ behind the community center] and most people that live here are lazy hillbillies that don't rake their yards either! All you see is Garbage blowing around Meijer but nobody cleans it. Abandonded houses and vacant business property are all over.the city but people are so against Wal-Mart coming to town or anymore that wants to bring an upscale gentlemans club. I guess abandonded building are better! just raise everyone's taxes Mayor Vaslo and Councilman Di Santo?


Don't even have a movie theatre or a decent resturant to eat[ Big Boy's and the All you can eat Chinese resturant [ that sits in the middle of the nearly vacant Sears Shopping Center] are as good as it gets. We have the most polluted creek [ the Ecorse] that runs through town. And corrupt cops that write bullshit tickets all day.

Like I said in another post, a nuclear bomb would rock! Same goes for Detroit and LA!

Give everyone a hour to evacuate and bombs away!

Still sounds better than LA!

I'll bet you can get a place to live for less than $895 a month there. I'll bet it's got more than 205 square feet, too!

Houses look like the ghetto here. Nobody wants them. Lots of vacant housing throughout the city

You should try to sell your house and buy in a better neighborhood GS. There are sooooo many deals right now (I like to periodically monitor real estate sites, lol). I know selling is close to impossible right now though. I know so many people that have had their houses up for over a year or had to take a loss...

It is really hard to see houses right now. There are a bunch of houses for sale where I live (I don't know why there isn't much wrong with it), but nobody is selling.

Anyway, I agree with iluvpudge, at least try to sell your house, because there are places a lot better not far away.

I am gonna need all my money to keep renewing Tigers Tickets! They aren't getting cheaper! 810 in 08 versus 648 last year for 1 full season bleacher ticket
