It's stuck. How come they get their schedule before us? I'm too lazy to check, but have the other milb Tigers affiliates released their schedules?

I have no idea about why their schedule is released (I don't know when they're usually released). I just happened to come across it and thought I should post it.

Now we just need the Detroit Tigers along with several (four) minor league schedules. I wonder how long before Eries's schedule it up?

| Hens Win Home Opener Over The Durham Bulls In Front Of Record Crowd Right out of the gates, the Toledo Mud Hens looked like a team vying for their fourth straight I.L. West division title. RHP Virgil Vasquez (1-0) struck out the side to open up the game, including the highly touted prospect 3B Evan Longoria. In fact, the Mud Hens 12-game winning ace and reigning team strikeout king of last year was outright dominant over the first four innings, giving up one hit, collecting six strikeouts and issuing only one walk. He finished with one earned run over five and two thirds innings with eight strikeouts. The Mud Hens offense started the season on an equally positive note. The Hens made opposing pitcher RHP Jeff Niemann (0-1) work. In nearly every at-bat, Toledo worked the count and made every inning stressful for Niemann by putting runners on base. However, scoring the runs became more of a challenge. In the bottom half of the first inning, leadoff batter 2B Henry Mateo slapped a pitch to right field for the first hit for the Hens in the 2008 season. SS Derek Wathan followed with a bloop single to left center, advancing Mateo to second. After a fielder’s choice by DH Timo Perez that moved Mateo to third, a throwing error by Durham catcher Hector Gimenez on an attempted steal scored Henry Mateo for a 1-0 Toledo lead. Despite the early run, Niemann kept the Hens off the board for the next three innings. In the top of the fifth, the Bulls LF Jon Weber hit a one out single. He later stole second base setting up the Bulls 2B Andy Cannizaro with the first real RBI opportunity of the day. With two outs, Cannizaro ripped a double down the left field line to even the score 1-1. Vasquez avoided trouble when he struck out CF Fernando Perez for the third time in the game. It did not take the Mud Hens long to regain the lead. Leading off the bottom of the fifth, C Dane Sardinha took the first pitch he saw and drove it over the left field fence, hitting the scoreboard, for his first home run of the season and a 2-1 Hens lead. In the Durham sixth, Vasquez retired the first two batters he faced before hitting Evan Longoria with a pitch on a 2-2 count. Manager Larry Parrish made the first call to the Hen bullpen bringing in newly acquired relief LHP Aaron Fultz. Fultz retired the first and only batter he faced, the left-handed hitting 1B Chris Richard, to end the inning. The Hens then added another run in their half of the sixth inning. The reigning International League Most Valuable Player, 3B Mike Hessman, led off the inning with a double ripped down the left field line. Two batters later, CF Brent Clevlen doubled in Hessman for his first RBI of the season. The game quickly became interesting in the top of the seventh. RHP Preston Larrison entered the game and gave up a leadoff single to Jon Weber. The double-play was avoided by Hector Gimenez when he beat out the throw after a ground ball to Henry Mateo. Larrison issued a walk, then threw a wild pitch to put Durham runners on second and third with two outs. The Bulls Fernando Perez lined a single to left field scoring Gimenez with Andy Cannizaro tagging right behind him looking to tie the game. Hens LF Jackson Melian gunned down Cannizaro from the outfield with the help of a clean tag from catcher Dane Sardinha, holding the Hens lead to 3-2. The Bulls threatened in the ninth even after grounding out their first two batters. Mud Hens closer RHP Blaine Neal gave up two consecutive hits – a liner by Jon Weber and a single on a hit-and-run by Hector Gimenez – before getting Andy Cannizaro to ground out to end the game. It was Neal’s first save of the season. Opening Day Fast Facts Lucky Seven: Fifth Third Field hosted the seventh Opening Day in the park’s history. The win lifted the Hens to an even 22-22 record on Opening Day and a 5-2 record at Fifth Third Field. A single-game record attendance of 12,750 fans witnessed a great game and was a part of the 176th sellout in Fifth Third Field history. Vasquez Wins Again: Starting pitcher Virgil Vasquez has had his fair share of success against the Durham Bulls in April. Last year, Vasquez started two games against the Bulls in the opening month and recorded two of his twelve victories. The first came April 16, 2007 at Fifth Third Field when he gave up three hits and no earned runs over five innings with nine strikeouts. The other came a week later on April 21, 2007 at Durham. Vasquez pitched six innings, giving up four hits and no earned runs and recording a season-high ten strikeouts. | |

| Jeff Larish Leads The Hens With 2 HR In 6-1 Victory Over DurhamLHP Macay McBride pitched in only one inning and gave up a single hit to the Bull’s 2B Andy Cannizaro. McBride (1IP/0H/0ER/0K) left the game due to an injured elbow. The Hens started the offense early as they went up 3-0 in the first. The inning was highlighted by 1B Jeff Larish’s two-run home run to right. It was Larish’s second home run of the year. 2B Henry Mateo led the inning off with a double, and was later hit in by a sacrifice fly by LF Timo Perez. RHP Jeremy Johnson replaced McBride at the start of the second inning. Johnson retired the Bulls in a quick 1-2-3 inning, including one strikeout. In the third, the Bulls put a run on the board to make the score 3-1. The Bulls’ offense was led by a RBI-single by RF Justin Ruggiano. With runners on first and third with two outs, Johnson ended the inning by striking out 3B Evan Longoria. In the fourth, the Bulls were able to get a runner on base with a double by LF Joel Guzman, but Johnson got out of the inning with two strikeouts and a groundout. LHP Clay Rapada replaced Johnson (3IP/4H/1ER/5K) at the start of the fifth. Rapada started off hot with two strikeouts and a groundout. Durham’s starting pitcher RHP Jae Kuk Ryu (4IP/4H/3ER/3K) was replaced by Dale Thayer in the bottom of the fifth. In the sixth, Jeff Larish hit a single to right, which resulted in a pitching change by the Bulls. RHP Scott Munter came in for Thayer (1.1IP/2H/0ER/2K). With runners on second and third with two outs in the bottom of the seventh, the Bulls made their third pitching change of the night. LHP Brian Henderson came in to replace Munter (1.1IP/1H/0ER/1K). Henderson was able to get the Bulls out of the inning by producing a groundball from Timo Perez. After six straight scoreless innings, the bats came alive for the Hens in the eighth. Hessman started off the inning with a double off the left field wall followed by Larish hitting his second home run of the night increasing the Hens lead to 5-1. The Hens kept the offense rolling as CF Brent Clevlen hit a triple down the right field line. Clevlen scored on the next pitch as RF Matt Joyce singled to right to complete the rare team cycle in the eighth. The Bulls made a pitching change, replacing Henderson (0.1IP/4H/3ER/0K) with RHP Calvin Medlock. The pitching change proved to be enough, as Medlock started with a strikeout and finally an inning-ending double play. RHP Blaine Neal came in to close the game for the Hens. The final score of the game was 6-1. Johnson (1-0) earned the win for the Hens, and Ryu (0-1) took the loss. The Hens improve to 3-0, their best start since 1987, in which they started 4-0.

| Ryan Raburn Returns To Rolling Hens On Sunday - Durham Escapes With 5-4 Win Through five plus innings of work, Chris Lambert (0-0) allowed two earned runs while striking out three. Bulls’ starter RHP Chris Mason (0-0) allowed two unearned runs through 4.1 innings and struck out four. The Mud Hens allowed the Bulls to score first, when Lambert gave up a leadoff single to 1B Chris Richard, who later scored. The Hens answered back in the fifth when RF Matt Joyce extended his hitting streak to three games with a double and 3B Erick Almonte reached on an error. Both later scored to give the Hens a 2-1 lead. Durham came back in the sixth with three runs to take a 4-2 lead when RHP Matt Righter, pitching in his Mud Hens debut, replaced Lambert. The Hens tied the score in the sixth when Matt Joyce answered with a monster 2-run no-doubter, his first home run of the year, to even the score at 4. The Bulls took the lead in the ninth after LHP Aaron Fultz (0-1) loaded the bases and allowed a run to put the Bulls up 5-4. The Hens threatened in the bottom of the ninth by putting two in scoring position with one out, but Durham’s RHP Grant Balfour (1-0) sealed the victory and Toledo’s first loss of 2008. Mirrors: The Hens begin the season 3-1. Through the first four games of the 2007 season, the Mud Hens were 1-3 when they played at Louisville. Quick Stats:Win Streaks: The 3-game win streak to start the season marks familiar territory for the Hens. In 2007, Toledo had 13 such streaks during which time they outscored opponents 285-110. This year, they have outscored Durham 18-5 during the streak. Hit Streaks: Derek Wathan extended his hitting streak to seven games with a single on Sunday. He has a three game hit streak dating back to the last three games of last season with Omaha. Matt Joyce also extended his hit streak to three. Speaking of Good Runs: Through the Hens first three wins, they have scored in the first inning. That ended on Sunday when Bulls pitcher Chris Mason blanked Toledo in the first. Around the Horn: Toledo has not committed an error through the first three games of 2008, but a throwing error by SS Derek Wathan on a double play attempt from a grounder by the Bulls RF Jon Weber on Sunday changed that. Weber later scored in that inning. News: Ryan Raburn returned to the lineup Sunday going 0-3. Up Next: The Mud Hens continue the home stand against the Charlotte Knights on Monday at 6:30. Starting RHP Eddie Bonine takes the mound in his season debut. Last year with Double-A Erie, he went 14-5 with a 3.90 ERA. He made one start for Toledo (8.0 IP/2 ER/4 SO) in 2007, earning the win.

| Timo Perez Goes 3-5 In Hens 11-4 Win Over Charlotte - Hens Now 5-1 On The Year
The Hens started the offense early in the first. LF Brent Clevlen came to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs. Clevlen took the first pitch to right scoring two on the single. RF Matt Joyce extended his hit streak to four games with a single to center to score the Hen’s third run of the inning. With the bases loaded in the second, DH Timo Perez rocketed a two-base hit off the right field wall to score two runs to put the Hens up 5-0. The Hens scored two more runs in the second with consecutive sacrifice flies by 3B Mike Hessman and 1B Jeff Larish.
The Knights picked up their first hit of the night in the top of fourth when former Mud Hen CF Dewayne Wise sent a line drive to right. Wise would later score on a Brad Eldred single. The Knights looked like they would put some more offense on the board, but Mike Hessman made a great catch at third to end the inning. The Knights put up their second run of the night in the sixth when 1B Brad Eldred drilled a double into the gap scoring 3B Josh Fields from second. With the bases loaded, a wild pitch by relief pitcher RHP Anastacio Martinez scored a run, making the score 7-3, Hens. 2B Caonabo Cosme led off the sixth with a home run just over the right field wall - his first of the year. Later in the inning, Timo Perez collected an RBI single. Timo Perez added another RBI to his stat line when he doubled down the left field line in the eighth, adding another run to the Mud Hen lead. The Hens scored their final run of the night on Hessman’s second sacrifice fly of the game.Around the Horn-- SS Derek Wathan went 2 for 4, extending his hitting streak to eight games. Wathan has had a hit in all five games of this season and the streak goes back to his last three games last season with Triple-A Omaha. RF Matt Joyce has had a hit in the last four games. Joyce went 1 for 4 tonight. -- Timo Perez went 19-47 (.404) against Charlotte in 2007. Perez was 3 for 5 with two doubles and 4 RBI tonight. --All four of the Hen’s wins this season have come when they have scored first. Their one loss came to the Durham Bulls on Sunday, when the Bulls scored first in the second inning. --Former Mud Hens’ CF Dewayne Wise (2005) and RHP Matt Anderson (1999, 2003 & 2004) both played in Monday's game. Wise went 2 for 5 with two doubles. Anderson threw one inning, giving up one hit and two earned runs with one strike out. Eric Boye, Toledo Mud Hens

Mud Hens Fall To The Knights On Tuesday Night - Now 4-2 On The Year
The Charlotte Knights drew first blood with a bases loaded fielders choice by 2B Chris Getz. With the Knights up 1-0 in the bottom of the third inning, C Dane Sardinha led off with a double followed by SS Derek Wathan walking. CF Ryan Raburn came to the plate and launched a 2-0 pitch over the left field wall. The 3-run home run marks Raburn’s first of the year. Hessman followed a few batters later with his first triple of the year (13th of his career), driving in DH Timo Perez.
RHP Virgil Vasquez gave up the first home run of the year for the Hens’ pitching staff in the bottom of the fourth. RF Jeff DaVanon brought the Knights within two with his first home run of the year. Vasquez was replaced by LHP Clay Rapada in the top of the sixth inning. Vasquez held the Knights to only 2 ER on seven hits through 5.0 IP. He struck out six, including striking out three in a row to end the fifth.
Rapada pitched himself in to quite a jam in the top of the sixth. With two consecutive walks to lead off the inning, C Paul Phillips sent a long single off the left field wall, driving in DaVanon. LF Jason Bourgeois sent a bouncer past 3B, loading the bases and CF Dewayne Wise sent a sac fly to left, bringing home SS Mike Rouse. With the score now tied at 4-4, 3B Josh Fields put Charlotte on top 6-4 with a 2-run double.
The Hens may have been down, but not out. Hessman led off the seventh with his fourth double of the season, Clevlen reached on a single and up came RF Matt Joyce, who crushed a 1-0 pitch to the roof of the Fricker's building in right, putting the Hens up 7-6.
RHP Preston Larrison came on in the eighth, giving up two runs, putting the Mud Hens behind 8-7. The Hens were unable to mount a comeback and took the loss, 9-7.
One Step Closer: 3B Mike Hessman is one RBI closer to reaching a Toledo Mud Hens RBI milestone. He currently has 227 RBI. The modern-day era (1965-present) record is 233 RBI held by Scott Ullger (1982, 1984-86). The all-time record was set by Bobby Veach (1926-1929) with 388 RBI.
Hello Long Ball: Knights CF Jeff DaVanon’s fourth inning home run was the first given up by Mud Hens’ pitching all season.
No More Streaking: SS Derek Wathan’s five game hitting streak ended with an 0-4 performance. However, he still reached base safely with a walk, extending that streak to nine consecutive games.
Hat Trick Times Three: Three players struck out three times in a row. Toledo 1B Jeff Larish (four times), Charlotte DH Jeff Liefer and 1B Brad Eldred.
