working out

Well, I mean I can eat some good stuff as long as I workout....not everyday, although that would be nice...

To someone who likes to work out... if you want to get a machine get an ergometer, better known as erg. Rowing machine.

If you wanna get outside, row! It's so much fun, and if you do it right, using the correct leg, back, arm, and body motions, you use your entire body. If your going to do it alone get a single, but if you want to have someone with you get a double.

i love working out it makes me feel better but i have to do a lot fo it any ways so i got used to it

Yep, always makes me feel better Even if I'm not in the mood to do it, by the time I'm almost done, I feel great! And then when I am done I'm always soooo glad I did it.

Absolutely! sometimes the hardest thing is getting there!

I looooove running. Everyone thinks I'm insane because I have asthma and I like die when I do it, but I just randomely starting running the track or whatever we are using that day at school during gym. It's fun.

I always could think a lot more clearly when running. Do it while you can TG, before your knees give out!

Running is fun! Well to a Cross Country runner like me at least! lol, but yeah, its fun when you have people to run with, when I dont have people there, I just listen to music.

ya when i run its normal long enough to knock somebody on there ass or to catch a ball!

ya its like i work out and run but my food habits make it hard to loose weight and i basically maintain the same weight

I have a nice metabolism lol. Its cool though, I actually have been cutting down on food lately.
