working out

Anybody exercise??? I mean the exercise where you wear sweats/sports bras, etc. :haha:
My favorite is my elliptical machine, I it!!!!!!!!!! I broke down and bought one last year cause I got tired of waiting at the gym!!!!!!! I also like exercise tapes, I have stepping, weights, and other crap. I also rollerblading but I haven't done that in awhile, I used to go to Stony Creek ALL THE TIME!!!!!

I am not wearing a sport bra...

But i love to go out running. There's a little river near my flat and that's where i run about three times a week. After a hard day at work, there's nothing better to relax and get some fresh air into your brain than that.

No sports bra huh??? I know it does help to exercise after a CRAPPY day, even if ya don't feel like it, definitely helps clear my head sometimes!!!!!

My DH and I work out at a local physical therapy place 3 times a week. They have lotsa weights plus treadmills, recumbent bikes, and a stepper. This is a must for us...1 hour a day 3 days a week. Gotta cop a sweat or it doesn't count!

In dreams...yes...but in reality, we gotta head to the gym to work out our frustrations!

I like to wear a Sports Bra when I'm watching Sports!!

It's very satisfying.....

Honestly, I'm just kidding!!

I lift weights all the time, 16 ounce bottles and cans, 24 ounce cans and 40 ounce bottles! Got to keep my beer belly in shape!

It helps to be proactive!

Sho 'nuff is....especially when you put your workout clothes on and it's 19 degrees and you're freezing your off and you'd rather jump back in bed with 52,865 blankies!!!!!!

Working out makes me so tired...

Keep your motivation going! It's hard because the gratification isn't instant. But you will notice a difference long term.

Oh yeah, been there, done that. Gained some weight again but lost it, thank God!!!

It's just hard when you love to !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You just have to find another interest. It's a challenge but your passion--other than food--is out there!

Well, yeah, sorta. I can remember my freshman year in college. I ran regularly but actually put on 5 pounds because my eating was keeping pace with my running. (soft serve cones, anyone?)
