The Tigers' odds of winning the 2009 World Series are 26-1, according to Las Vegas Sports Consultants.

The New York Yankees are the favorites, with 11-4 odds, and the Pittsburgh Pirates are last among the 30 major league teams at 150-1.

In the American League, the Tigers' chances of winning the AL Championship Series are 13-1. The Chicago Cubs are the National League favorites at 3-1.
