That "membrane" is oftentimes not present in sufficient quantities to be noticed and can rupture during regular activities and what not.

Plus...there is surgery that could put said membrane back in place....good luck getting an American doctor to perform this procedure.

Alright, so without even considering the fact that you are stupid enough to do this and might possibly get a sexually transmitted disease..... Why would you want to? If she actually DID stay a virgin until she was 22, then why would she throw that away with some guy she has never met before and she has no intention of ever speaking to again.
