Todd Jones retires

And I envy you to no end for getting to see him pitch.

He is going to be in the booth with Rod and Mario on Friday.

Dangit! I wish I could see him pitch! Hes making a mistake.

I wish I could have seen him just once...

He was in the bullpen for the game today. I saw him and was like "HEY ITS TODD JONES" and everyone (well almost everyone since there was really no one there) was clapping for him. It was sweet.

Yup, he was there. I'm guessing that he just might stay until Sunday, so you still might have a chance to catch a glimpse of him.

From now on, every time a save gets blown, I can think to myself- Todd Jones could have saved it.

I certainly hope he works on his commentating skills. Heck, if Smoltz can do it, why not Jonesy!
