Anybody ever have trouble on eBay?

I bought a T-shirt from a 100% seller on Aug. 11. Still no shirt. Emailed seller Aug. 26; said "I'll check your order." Nothing since then.
Anybody have a similar situation who could offer me some tips on how to use the security/resolution center?

The very first purchase I ever made had all kinds of problems. I'd contact the seller once more. If nothing happens contact your credit card company and file a dispute. That's what my mom did.

Is it from a different country? I've had things from Australia take forever. Canada seems to be very slow on letting things pass customs too. But yeah, contact the seller one more time.

I would contact the seller and verbally assault them.

Well, I want to keep my 100% rating up as well...that wouldn't help me much.

Well, I guess that makes an exception, but still I wouldnt be nice to the person.

No nice...just courteous and professional.

I don't usually either but this is the first tedious experience I've had in 14 months on there. Got lots of great Tigers memorabilia that I could never have found elsewhere!

I emailed him a second time. He says the shirt was sent to the wrong place...hmmm... he said he would keep me posted.

I can't get too rash just yet. Four weeks is pretty normal to wait for a catalog order as well.

Yeah, those bigger sellers can often take forever. I've had stuff take 4-6 weeks plenty of times. It really pisses me off when not only does it take 4-6 weeks, but they charge you like $8 more for shipping than it costs them or when they make you pay extra for priority mail but then take 3 weeks to get it out.

I occasionally get catalogs from eBay but I'm speaking in general of the smaller companies like Lillian Vernon, Wireless, etc.

LOL - aren't those the dumbest things you've ever seen? It'll have an item and then it'll say "prices as low as $X". I mean if you see something in there you like you have to go search for it and see what you can get it for. The catalog is completely worthless - you can't just order something out of it.

It's a really BIG waste of paper and effort. Nothing of what you see is guaranteed to be in stock. Maybe just an idea book, but they should clearly state that on the cover.
