Wow, I chose a really bad way to spend the night.... Titanic is on. It's the only movie that I cry during no matter who is around.

Try Gone with the Wind next time - it's in color, it's about as long, it's got sad moments, and it's better.

But it's based on a bunch of people that were never on the boat. At least Gone with the Wind might have actually happened - it's plausible and none of the characters are so unique that they'd be famous if they really existed.

194 minutes. Gone with the Wind is 238 minutes so it's even longer, two-thirds of an hour longer!

Won't apply this time, but you've got to be careful with computers and laptops. If you haven't seen the movie you can watch a movie and then realize you don't have a clue what it's about. It's really hard to watch movies at my apartment since I have nowhere to sit but at my computer chair.

Not really. Make sure you aren't distracted though - you'd hate to sit through it and realize you weren't paying attention to it and have to start over.

The day I celebrated my 21st birthday I watched Gone with the Wind with my aunt. I didn't turn 21 that day but it was my last day home. I celebrated my actual 21st birthday watching Casablanca while sick with the flu.

What, being sick or watching Gone with the Wind with my aunt? I like my aunt, she's fun and she was like the mother I never had. My real mom did a great job so I'm not saying she's garbage, but my aunt was like a mom, too.

Seriously though - you wouldn't like 90% of the movies I watch, but I'll bet you'd like Gone with the Wind. It's in color so you don't have to worry about B&W slowing you down and it's basically a love story with some stuff going on on the side. Sure, it has famous male actors like Leslie Howard and Clark Gable, but the women have the biggest role in the film. Technically there's a war going on during the movie but there's not a single battle scene so it's not at all a war movie.

Also, while Titanic has the highest box-office gross in movie history, Gone with the Wind has the highest gross to this day when adjusted for inflation. Even more impressive is when Gone with the Wind came out the US had about a third the population yet still sold more tickets than any movie in history.

They might make a Family Guy Movie

Bet it grosses more money than Titanic or Gone with the Wind
