five-plus innings in a solid start but did not get a decision.

play.

Tigers pitcher Todd Jones ended up blowing his first save in 15 tries
this season. He allowed four hits, a walk and four earned runs.

blown save, ending a streak of 19 consecutive converted save
opportunities.

the ninth inning. Polanco went on to score the tying run on Miguel
Cabrera's double.

First baseman Miguel Cabrera celebrates his two-run double in the
bottom of the ninth inning that lifted the Tigers to a 7-6 victory over
the Colorado Rockies Saturday at Comerica Park. With the win the Tigers
reached .500 (40-40) for the first time this season. Cabrera's winning
hit drove in Placido Polanco and Ryan Raburn.



Tigers pitcher Todd Jones is especially excited after first baseman
Miguel Cabrera hit a winning, two-run double. The hit meant that Jones
may have blown his first save, but he didn't get the loss.
