Scherzer took a loss and two no-decisions against the White Sox earlier this season. He has pitched seven innings allowing one run or fewer in each of his last three starts, allowing two runs on 13 hits with six walks and 27 strikeouts.



White Sox: LHP Francisco Liriano (2-0, 4.26 ERA)

Liriano is 2-0 with a 4.26 ERA in six starts with the White Sox, allowing two runs or fewer five times. He dealt with leg cramps in a no-decision on Monday against Baltimore but felt fine the next day.
