Tigers: RHP Rick Porcello (4-5, 4.95 ERA)

Only one of the 10 hits off Porcello over seven innings went for extra bases last Wednesday against the Cardinals, but it was enough to cost him a pitching duel. Triple-digit temperatures in Texas make it imperative he keep the ball on the ground.



Rangers: RHP Justin Grimm (1-0, 4.50 ERA)

In his Major League debut, Grimm gave up six hits and three runs in six innings during an 8-3 win over the Astros. That was his fifth straight quality start, including his time with Double-A Frisco.
