Woody Allen's Annie Hall is a story about the relationship between Allen's character and a woman named Annie Hall played by Diane Keaton. The story isn't told in a linear sequence and kind of goes all over the place. I think that particular style works pretty well for this film as it was quite interesting.

This film won several Academy Awards including best picture, best actress for Diane Keaton, best director, and best writing. In addition to a storytelling mode that's all over the place, the film is famous for its long takes and breaking of the fourth wall. I could go into a bunch of other details about various aspects of this film, but that's not really necessary. Personally, I thought this was a great film and it's probably the best film I've reviewed from the 1970s. I'm not normally a huge fan of comedies, but I can certainly make an exception for this one.

91/100
