I sent applications to Hillsborough (I did get a call from there last year but I didn't like the job) and Manatee counties this year, but no luck. Manatee county seemed to be the highest paying in the state, so that's probably why I got no response there, too many applicants.
My brother lives pretty close to the Trop, I stopped by there on my way here a few weeks ago. As we were driving around by where he lives I noticed that the Yankees spring training ballpark is very close to his apartment so whether he likes it or not he's gonna have a visitor during spring training, lol

I hope to get down there for spring training, this year.

Hillsborough co is not bad. Pinellas normally pays well. That is where I would like to teach. There or Orange Co (Disney area.) but I don't think the pay is as good.

Yeah, I looked into Pinellas but didn't see too many openings. I applied to Orange but they never called me. There's so many of us northerners down here, that can't get jobs up north, that's it's starting to get tight down here as well.
