ouch, that stinks. Better do what they tell ya though, ya don't wanna mess around with your knee and make it worse. I hurt my knee rollerblading down a steep hill a couple years ago and I even had to go to physical therapy, but now it's totally fine

Im pretty sure I will be doing physical therapy no matter what now.
