uh, they are kind of a shock to your cardiovascular system! Maybe ice packs to the affected areas?

I dont have so many ice packs and im super sore from today. Monday practices are always rather hard, but we love it like that. And work killed, we were out walking for a good 2-3 hours, and it was hot.
