Well according to the last updates it's going to be the Red Yankees vs. the NL.

They really need to do away with fan voting. Maybe have that last vote like they have but that's enough. Half of the guys (edit, more than half of the guys) the fans select don't belong making it impossible for the more-deserving candidates to get in. What really sucks is the guys that don't get in that should are often guys having career years and never get another shot.

:haha: That reminds me: say Jacque Jones gets voted in for the AL only to have been traded to the NL. Who does he play for and what uniform does he wear?

Jones might be a bad example because he's a bad player. But lets say Derrek Jeter gets traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers tomorrow. What's the rule on who he plays for?

EDIT: also what if a player gets released while concurrently getting voted it. He is physically capable of playing (not like an injury) does he just not participate?

and what about curtis? placido? fan voting DOES suck....

They said it was the uncontrolled internet voting that messes it up! How much population does NY and Boston have compared to Det and even smaller markets like Pittsburgh! Glad they require at least 1 player per team!

Last year I voted like 25 times a day but it didn't seem worth it this year. Last year many of our players deserved to go so I felt less bad voting for all of them. Last year many of our players had the votes to go or come close so I felt like my vote helped.

I voted like 300 times yesterday;


I used my school e-mail. my yahoo email and my work email over and over.

Don't think it did any good, though.
