If it makes you feel better when I was walking out to the garage last night in the dark to go to bed I could have sworn I saw a gecko crawling into the garage door. It turns out it was an extension cord.

Thanks. It started a couple of days ago when her legs got real weak and then yesterday she was real short of breadth. We rushed her to emergency and it turns out her Potasium level was dangerously high. They gave her some medication and they have to keep her there until Saturday. Also, she's due to have back surgery next month, so she's really not doing all that well.

We rushed her to emergency and it turns out her Potasium level was dangerously high. They gave her some medication and they have to keep her there until Saturday. Also, she's due to have back surgery next month, so she's really not doing all that well.

Sorry, I don't really know what to say as my grandmother is hospitalized constantly but nobody really cares. The doctor yelled at my mom last time I was in the hospital for being such a lousy daughter.

Thanks everyone for your s. After they gave her the medication, she immediatly starting feeling better, so that was a good sign. She was taking 4 Potasium pills daily, so she's going to have to change that.

That's what she did

We were pissed because we had to drive to the hospital (my grandma refuses to let the ambulance take her to the local one - she has to go to the one 30 miles away). We drive down there told to pick her up. We wait about 45 minutes and start leaving. A doctor asks what we're doing and we say we're leaving. He says he's going to check on her and he'll release her in no more than 15 minutes. My mom says I don't have time for this (I don't think she swore but that sounds better) and we continued leaving. He said that's your mother and she said not by choice. He said that was a bad attitude or whatever and we just kept right on going. A few hours later they called and said she was released and my mom hung up on the hospital.

That day really pissed me off. The woman who gave birth to my mother kept leaving messages screaming in pain and for some reason I drove over there after a few hours. I was about to call an ambulance but she wasn't dressed. She made me wash her best outfit and help her get dressed. I was pissed. I called the non-emergency hotline to "order an ambulance" but they said I had to call 911. I told 911 to not hurry as it wasn't really an emergency and they didn't like that attitude and came quickly. Hopefully no one died as a result of the woman who gave birth to my mother.
