The Tigers had a 4 hour rain delay last year and played until nearly 4 am.

They couldn't have played at 4 pm today!

If only the black kids could see that too! I agree with Willis, Granderson and Shef. They all are sad to see kids of the ghettos ignoring baseball when it is a great way of getting out of poverty. Baseball players are paid great, and have longer playing careers than in football or basketball, yet that is where they flock. And I for one, love to see guys like Clete Thomas and Matt Joyce make the team.
