Yeah, that sounds about right. Kennedy, King, Jr., etc. were assassinated and in power. Can you assassinate a pro baseball player or is that still murder? Does it depend (e.g., would say Derek Jeter and Ryan Raburn be assassination and murder respectively?).

I don't want him dead but if his spot on the roster was dead that'd be a-okay.

Assassination implies that money was involved- killing for hire.

The longer this goes the harder I'm going to consider getting a flu shot next year. Yeah, shots are awful, but the misery doesn't last 5+ days.

I think it's the flu. I have all the symptoms that all the medical websites say are associated with the flu. I've been sick since Sunday which meant I was sick on Monday, my 21st birthday
