Okay, so I open the gallery, and the pictures of me in there suck, so I was trying to put different ones in. So when I click the 'upload pic' button it says something along the lines of the pictures take up too much space.

If I am comprehending it corectly that means I need to delete some before putting new ones in. So can anyone tell me HOW to delete pictures????
