Yeah it is! For about 30 seconds it was back to normal then for 30 more I couldn't even get on. Now it's slow.

This is driving me insane

I'm using 2 websites right now and BOTH of them are having major lag issues. If I try and do anything else my internet it working fine - faster than normal even.
