He knocked a two-run shot in the third and drove in Miguel Cabrera with a sacrifice fly in the fifth. Gary Sheffield went 3-for-4, with all of his hits singles. Cabrera recorded two triples.Astros at the plate: Hunter Pence, hitting second, knocked a double in the first inning. Darin Erstad doubled with one out in the seventh. Tigers on the mound: Starter Jeremy Bonderman threw four shutout frames, walking one and striking out four. He yielded three hits during his 61-pitch outing.Astros on the mound: Starter Wandy Rodriguez allowed five runs on seven hits with three walks and three strikeouts over four innings. He yielded two home runs -- a two-run shot to Placido Polanco in the second and a solo shot to Guillen in the third. Woody Williams allowed five runs over three innings.
