With cold weather expected all week in Detroit, it's hard to tell how
much the Royals will see Bonderman's revamped changeup as opposed to
fastballs boring in on chilly hands. Nonetheless, the offspeed pitch is
expected to be a factor this season.

Royals: Zack Greinke - RHP (0-0) -.-- ERA

Last season, Greinke started and finished the season in the rotation
with a successful bullpen stay sandwiched between. His future seems to
be as a starter, which he was in 2004 when he was a prized rookie (3.97
ERA) and in 2005, when he struggled (17 losses). Greinke spent 2006
rehabbing, mostly in Double-A, but is back on his game. He can throw a
hot fastball, a mean slider and has fine control.

UPCOMING PROBABLE PITCHERS:

• Friday: Tigers (Nate Robertson, 9-13, 4.76 in 2007) vs. White Sox (Jose Contreras, 10-17, 5.57 in 2007), 1:05 p.m. ET - FSN/1270 & 97.1

Been there, done that, one reason I hate allergies, the secondary sinus infections!

my gosh there terrible, i left school early yesterday cuz i had the worst headache ever, so now i just sit here at home, missing another of my teams game, we won yesterday (opener) 6-2, so today we play again, then on saturday we have a doubleheader

Use a hot water bottle or heating pad, on low on your forehead or below your eyes, it helps take the pain down. Also saline nose spray (ocean is a good one over the counter, helps clean out the sinus passages.) My Dr. prescribes Nasacort AQ or Beconase AQ which shrinks the swelling in the sinusus. Good luck, and hope that eases your pain.
