Titanic is about the ship of the same name. I'm sure everybody knows the story to this movie so I won't really go into much detail. At the time, this was the most expensive film ever produced and it was the highest grossing film of all-time until the last month or so when it was passed by Avatar. This film tied All About Eve's record of 14 Academy Award nominations and tied Ben-Hur with 11 Oscars including best picture.

Overall, this is a decent to good film. I found the frame story incredibly dull and given the run time of over three hours I would suggest removing it entirely as it serves very little purpose and was apparently rather costly to do. The film makes rather heavy use of foreshadowing throughout which comes off as rather pointless given that everyone knows the ship is going to sink.
