Everyone’s offseason is different.

Justin Verlander plans to play a few rounds of golf near his home in Lakeland, Fla. Magglio Ordonez will resume his role as part owner of the Caribes de Anzoategui team in Venezuela – a winter ball team.

And, in the case of pitchers Armando Galarraga and Edwin Jackson, both are set to tour the Caribbean on a seven-day Holland America cruise.

Freep.com, Oct. 4:
The Jan. 10-17 Holland America Caribbean cruise on the Westerdam will highlight the 25th anniversary of the Detroit Tigers' 1984 World Series championship. Former Tigers pitcher Dave Rozema, a member of the '84 team, will also appear.
One more former or current Tigers player will be announced. Autograph sessions are planned and Tigers memorabilia will be available to purchase, too.
