five hits to earn his seventh win of the year. The Tigers defeated the
Oakland A's 6-1 on Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, to take two of three games in
the weekend series at Comerica Park.

A's starting pitcher Greg Smith took the loss. He pitched just
four-and-two-thirds innings, giving up just three hits and one run, but
