This is a silent short starring Fatty Arbuckle. Charlie Chaplin also has a small roll in this 27 minute "movie." I don't really know if this classifies as a movie since it's so short. It was almost like watching a 3 stooges short; it has the same slapstick comedy and is also very short. The only difference is this movie is silent.

This is very early in both Arbuckle's and Chaplin's career, so they really haven't established themselves yet. Since I haven't seen either actor in other films I have nothing to compare them to. And since this is only the second silent film I've ever seen, I'm still not sure how to rate the acting. I would just say that it's "just alright." As in, I wasn't really that impressed.

The plot is very simple; as the title suggests it's about a boxing match. It's really simple to follow as there's really nothing of importance other than the preparation, the match, and the events immediately following the match.

54/100
