1 block of Cream Cheese
Some Horseradish
Chopped Onion
A little bit of Dry Mustard
Splash of Milk
Tablespoon or so of Mayonnaise

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and all ingredients are incorporated. Mix in more horseradish and onion to taste. Serve with potato chips and pretzels.

Let me know how it turns out. For a big party, use two blocks of cream cheese (and a little bit more of the other ingredients).
