| I will watch this right after I get up tomorrow. Unfortunately that's going to be later than I wanted because I'm still awake and have to stay up until the party upstairs is over. That will probably be a very long time. I'd watch the movie now but I can't hear the TV no matter how loud I make it.
As for the movie, I don't expect a ton out of this. It has a 6.5 at the IMBd.

| This is over...finally. This seemed like it was 6 hours long. They say this was perhaps Hitchcock's biggest commercial failure and it's pretty obvious why - it was terrible.
The plot was confusing, or so it seemed. Reading plot summaries it actually wasn't all that confusing, it was just not very good and I thought maybe I missed something. The acting, or lack thereof, was mediocre at best. This film stars nobody in particular which is another drawback.
Honestly, this film has few, if any, redeeming features and it's easily the worst Hitchcock film I've seen so far and it's the worst film I've reviewed so far.
50/100 F
UP NEXT: The other film Hitchcock made in the 1960s - Torn Curtain. It has a star in Paul Newman but it isn't supposed to be all that great either. We'll see.
