M&Major League Baseball ...

A coworker just forwarded me this promotion by M&M's, which is
producing candies sporting the logos of your favorite baseball team.

It's a pretty cool idea, and the designs, despite being stamped on the tiniest of targets, are sharp and plentiful -- there are at least three logos for each team. They're a bit pricy, though.

What essentially works out to as many M&M's as you'd score from your standard vending-machine purchase will set you back $12.99.

(For the sugar-comatose among us, a 10-pound box goes for $269.99.)

I just might buy a few bags. If nothing else, they'll make a great
conversation piece for company, or provide ammo for the TV should our boys of summer start 0-and-23. Or you could just toss 'em back. After all, as the old slogan goes, "They don't melt in your hand, they melt in Jim Leyland's ashtray." Or something like that.

That $12.99 is for a 7 oz bag. Wow! tooooo expensive!

If I were rich, I would buy some from every team and sell them on ebay in a few years... but I'm broke

They should just make them in each individual market and sell them during the season.

Too expensive for me!

I am still trying to swallow the 8:50 for Chicken Tenders and Fries at Comerica.

I was 7:50 last year;

6:50 before that
