PIZELLES (ITALIAN COOKIES)

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. anisette flavor
1 tsp. anisette seeds

Use a pizzelle iron! Cream butter, sugar and eggs together in a large bowl; sift flour, salt and baking powder together; add to sugar mixture and mix; add anisette flavoring and seeds.
Make sure your iron is hot; rub with oil; drop 1 teaspoon batter in center of iron; close lid. Cook 15 to 20 seconds only. Check to see, so they don't burn. Use 2 forks to remove; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool, or leave plain; store in an airtight container lined with waxed paper.

Yea... i copied it from a site.. but its delicious!! yum yum
