I always go to the bar with the husband, he'd appreciate that I'm sure. He already gets annoyed that I just walk up to people and get all excited when they are wearing Tiger gear

haha it's true, every time I spot someone I'm like "OooooOoooo LOOK! A Tiger fan!" I embarass the hubby in public a lot

I do that, too. Luckily for me it's pretty rare that I see them.

What pisses me off is I'll see people in Tigers hats and go "you like the Tigers!?!?!?!?"

And they respond "Huh? Oh, that hat. I like the logo. I collect hats. I have one for like 20 teams"

Well there are people in detroit that wear tiger hats and i'll go up and ask them oh you like the tigers and they say yah but i say who's your favorite player and they don't know any of their names.

At least they know who the Tigers are. I like it when they get confused and think you're talking about animals. DON'T BUY THE HAT IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TEAM!

Well they better know who they are! I understand when you are in another state, but when i talk to people here and they don't know what i'm talking about i get really irritated...

It's even worse with Yankee fans. You see people in Yankee caps all the time and 99% of them aren't Yankee fans. Heck, half of them HATE the Yankees yet wear their hat

It doesn't make since. Poeple at school make fun of me for all my tigers stuff, so why would they want to act like a fan. you are or aren't, don't try to be something your not.

Greetings from your 100th DTF....It's an honor I'll wear proudly. Hope to get to know everyone throughout the course of the 2008 season. If anyone is down my way for the spring training games in Houston - 28th and 29th of March when the Tigers play the Astros I'll buy the first round at Maverick Smokehouse.
