We have recently encountered the following problem. The company who hosts this site lost most of our Avatars when they changed servers. We are suggesting that our members go into your Member Profile and click on the Avatar Tab. You will be able to add your own unique Member picture (avatar) in this area. Sorry for the loss, we just about all had to redo ours.  Thanks, and enjoy the site.

This is one of Two things that I make that are really good. There is no exact amount of the things you need. I just use as much as I feel like.

What You need:
Boneless chicken breasts
Dried cranberries
Unsalted cashews
Mayo or M. whip whichever you prefer.
Curry powder

Cut the chicken in cubes or strips and cook them in a frying pan in a little bit of oil. After they are cooked all the way through throw them in a big mixing bowl. Add the cranberries, cashews, mayo and curry and mix together. Add more of the mayo and or curry powder to your liking. Now you can either eat it hot over rice or put it in the fridge and serve it cold by itself or on bread to make sandwiches. I prefer it cold by itself. My mom likes it over rice.

Hope you like it.
