We have recently encountered the following problem. The company who hosts this site lost most of our Avatars when they changed servers. We are suggesting that our members go into your Member Profile and click on the Avatar Tab. You will be able to add your own unique Member picture (avatar) in this area. Sorry for the loss, we just about all had to redo ours.  Thanks, and enjoy the site.

Newest thing I can make:

Make some BROWN rice (either instant or non-instant is fine). Save it for later....

Take a frying pan. Add some OLIVE oil and heat for a few minutes. Add one bag (16 oz. or so) of stir fry vegetables. Let cook for 5-7 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 tbsp. of Chinese hot sauce....it looks like hot sauce but it's Chinese and pretty spicy. Stir.

Now, take around of cup of the vegetables and a cup or so of rice to a bowl. Add 1 tbsp. of almonds. Add some shredded carrots if desired.

Save leftovers for later, DO NOT mix leftover rice and vegetables (I don't know why that matters).

That's right, you are home so you got to see them. I completely forgot about that. That's awesome. I bet they are "so cool". Smile
